OPSM Macarthur square

My experience with this optical shop is horrible. Actually it is on my second purchase with them when this happened. I bought the generation 7 transition glasses last april and after 2 weeks of using it, it feels uncomfortable and giving me eyestrains and headaches. I went back there to complain about the lenses but the optician insist that its the right lens, she told me that its my dry eyes. I ask her to lower the prescription on my left lens coz i find it strong however she told me the replacement lens is a month away and there is nothing she can do on my suffering. I went back there again a couple of times but nothing is change the pain is still there. Consult with the opthalmologist, my eyes were fine, then I decided to go with a reputable optometrist and he found out that OPSM prescribe me a lens with a wrong PD. I went back there again to have my glasses corrected but it seems that they cant make it right, the lens are worst than before. What a shame!! I returned the glasses and have it refunded, the refunds was quick though, but sufferings i went through for 4 months is really unforgivable. I wanted to consult a lawyer perhaps, anyway lessons learned. Don't trust their opticians and OPSM doesnt love your eyes, they dont care!
