  After successfully completing an online order and receiving a confirmation email on Tuesday, i received a call from Factoryplus on Friday seeking a further/additional payment for shipping. This is the first time this has ever happend with any company i have ordered online from. Seemed a bit sus so i cancelled the order.
  
  Update: nobody returning email and phones are going straight to answering machine. May have done my dough with this mob.
