Furniture Depot

my experience with this store was appalling, my husband and I went there yesterday Tuesday 31st March looking for a coffee table, we found the one we liked, and we were a bit suspicious when they gave us one of the boxes already opened, they said they checked everything for us. we bought it home and discovered it had no fittings to go with it, so back we went, they had to disessemble the floor coffee table to give us the fittings. it has a glass top, and for no reason as we sat watching telly, the glass just shattered down one side, we didnt touch it. we took it back, and a different story from the salesman Alex. he said we broke the glass. and he would not listen to the fact that the glass just shattered. he was very condescending and arrogant. I reminded him he had an obligation to his customers, but it means nothing, i will never go to that Depot furniture shop again, we are taking it further. Jenny Wealands
